“One Picture is Worth a Thousand Words,” Every day your business and reputation are on the line for every project, every phase of that project, and every detail. How many times have you had to arbitrate or litigate for payment and take a loss because you didn’t have better proof? If the answer is more than once you might want to consider hiring a professional photographer to record the construction process. You may already have an employee taking photographs but consider that this fact alone may be a “conflict of interests.” As an independent photographer I’m a professional and not an employee. I have no conflict of interest as I’m hired to take the photographs. I'm there from the first aerial, ground breaking ceremony to the ribbon cutting. The photography provided shows the entire construction progress ensuring you have the proof you need and the sample photography for the next client. My services are based on an hourly or contract fee basis. Construction progress photo prices are based on hours spent by the photographer, travel time and distance, and the price of the prints or contact proof sheets. Contracts can be made for an agreed-to price schedule per shooting date, or a one-time price that covers the project from start to finish, based on best estimates of time and materials.I would enjoy the opportunity to serve you in the future. Regards,
James Wellman, MSCS, Cr Photog "Hire a Vet!"
