As a photographer I am faced with a dilemma: How to offer a perfect package deal to you when there is no such thing!
Brides, just like any consumer, want to know, "what do I receive for my money?" You will see different choices by other photographers offering packages 1 - 8. Typically their packages state the number of hours they are willing to work, the number of proofs, and the number of final prints and sizes. All of which is very confusing as to which to choose!
Please consider these thoughts:
I prefer to have you tell me what you want, instead of me
offering different deals. Why, because you are the customer.
Your wedding day is not about the number of photographs I
want to sell: It is about capturing the special and tender moments!
Your wedding day is the day you have dreamed about for years
and the day you want to remember for years to come!
You want a photographer who is going to go the extra distance
to get the photographs you are going to treasure!
When you have returned from your Honeymoon and things are
calmer, you will be in a better position to choose the photographs you wish for
your albums or as gifts.
The process of taking your pictures and ordering your photographs are actually two events. When we first interview, you do not know how many photographs you will want then nor the sizes. So, honestly, why try to order them at that time? The last thing I wish to do is have you order more photographs than you want. Those extra photographs either find a way into a shoebox or the trash and I do not want you wasting your money!
By offering my services in this manner you are going to find you are saving money! By ordering only what YOU want you will find the photographs in your album and not in the shoebox!

| Hundreds of photographs are taken all day so to provide you with complete coverage of your wedding day. I pass on the savings to you since there is no film, processing or develop costs! To offer the same coverage in film it would take over 50 rolls of film, developing, and prints! Now you can see why I use digital to photograph your wedding day! | Additional photographer / assistance. The saying "two heads are better than one" is also true for wedding photography coverage. This is typically a $350 - $500 extra fee which is included in the basic package! | |
| Enhancement (retouching) of final photographs. This is typically an extra fee between $350 - $500 included in the basic package! | Engagement photography session that includes about 1 hour at a location of your choice with one, 8x10, two, 5x7's and one B&W digital image for the newspaper. | Online proofing service for friends and relatives to review and place secure orders. All prints are guaranteed! Some studios charge an additional $150.00 for this service.
